Pulled Pork Hoagie Recipe

1 lb pulled pork
4 hoagie rolls
Arugula
1 sliced tomato
4 slices Munster or provolone cheese
Dressing of your choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. On hoagie roll layer pulled pork, cheese, and drizzle with dressing of your choice.
  3. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Add arugula and tomato slices to hoagies.
  5. Enjoy!
